Each item is created with care, intention, and attention to detail. Many of the artworks are made-to-order or part of a limited edition collection, which means I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

All purchases are considered final sale. This includes:

• Commissioned Paintings

• Framed Artworks

I kindly ask that you choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, its colours, scale, or materials, I am always happy to help before you place your order.

I take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. All items are professionally packed and shipped with care. However, if your order is damaged in transit, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item so I can assess and resolve the issue promptly.

To process a damage claim, I require:

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• Photographs of the packaging (including any damage to the exterior)

• Your order number and a brief description of the issue

I’ll do my best to make it right, either through a replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable and at my discretion).

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen. I do my best to photograph each artwork professionally to reflect each artworks true tone and texture. However, due to screen calibration and lighting, minor variation can occur and is not considered a fault or reason for refund.

Due to their highly personal and made-to-order nature, custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable under any circumstances unless damaged in transit.

I work closely with my collectors during the creation of custom works to ensure alignment of expectations and outcome. By proceeding with a custom order, you agree to accept the artist’s interpretation and style.

All artwork, illustrations, designs, prints, images, text, logos, branding elements, and other content displayed on this website (collectively referred to as “Content”) are the sole property of Sarah Blatchford and are protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Ownership
All artworks featured on this site, including but not limited to original paintings, limited edition prints, digital artworks, and photographic representations of artworks, remain the intellectual property of Sarah Blatchford, even after purchase. Purchasing a physical artwork or print does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the image for commercial purposes.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, download, screenshot, save, reproduce or distribute any artwork or images from this website without explicit written permission from Sarah Blatchford.

• Use images of artworks on social media, websites, or marketing materials without proper credit and permission.

• Alter, manipulate, or create derivative works based on any artwork without prior consent.

• Reproduce artworks for resale, licensing, or product development (e.g. on textiles, stationery, advertising, etc.) without a licensing agreement.
